1. Perishable Goods – No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our freeze-dried candy and confectionery products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, over-ordering, or if the product is unopened but unwanted.
2. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or unfit for consumption.
If you believe your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy at our discretion.
3. Order Confirmation & Accuracy
For large or custom orders, we require customer confirmation prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy. Once confirmed, orders are processed and packed carefully; we are unable to accept changes or cancellations after this point.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We take great care to package products securely and dispatch promptly. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
