Shipping policy

Processing time is currently 2 Working Days - So if you place an order on Monday it will be dispatched by Wednesday.

Shipping times do not include processing time. 

Standard Delivery (2+ Business days -  This is transit time only and does not include processing time)

Standard Delivery is charged at $12 although we do run promotions on shipping charges which does reduce this cost from time to time.

Express Delivery (1-4 business days - This is transit time only and does not include processing time) 

Express delivery is charged at $16

Dispatch time frame example:

If you place an order on Thursday it will be processed in two working days so it will be ready for dispatch on Monday. Once it is collected by Aus Post the delivery time frame starts from the Tuesday so if it's Express your 1-4 day time frame will start from the Tuesday.
