Do you offer wholesale?

Are you a registered food business?
Yes we are registered under the City of Stirling council to operate a food business.
Do you offer corporate packages or bulk discounts for parties?
Absolutely! We love creating special orders for corporate events and parties. Simply reach out via our Contact Us page, and we’ll provide all the details.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Not yet—we’re currently online-only, but we hope to open a lolly shop in the future so you can visit us in person!
Can you provide nutritional information?
Absolutely! All our products come with labels that meet the ANZ Food Standards Code. Custom orders also include a unique label with detailed ingredient information.
Why doesn’t the mix contain all the lollies listed?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.
Damages and Issues
We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority!
SHIPPING
Standard Delivery
We charge a flat rate of $9.89 for standard shipping. Since we’re based in WA, delivery to the East Coast might take a little longer—so please keep that in mind when placing your order. Once your goodies are shipped, delivery times are in the hands of Aus Post, and while we do our best to get your treats to you quickly, all transit times are a guide and not guaranteed. If you need your order in a hurry, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout!
Express Delivery
Need your treats in a hurry? Our Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $14.95. While it’s the fastest option, please note that delivery times are determined by Aus Post, and all transit times are a guide and not guaranteed. We’ll get your order out the door as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your goodies sooner!
Can I collect my order?
Yes, we offer collection from our warehouse. Collection times are Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-2pm. Please wait until you have received a confirmation email stating your order is ready for collection
Dispatch Time
Orders currently take 2 days to process. During particularly busy periods, there may be a slight delay, but rest assured, we’re working hard to get your goodies on their way as quickly as possible!
